Cutting wheel carriage requirements

1, the bracket solid and reliable;
2, the carrier should have sufficient size and strength;
3, the bracket close to the cutting wheels side edges should be free of dents, chipping;
4, the carrier should be able to wear the timely adjustment of the position of the gap with the cutting wheel, the gap should be less than or equal 3MM;
5, the carrier mesa wheel spindle centerline height ratio should be high or slightly higher than the wheel center plane 10MM;
6, wheel diameter or less may be installed bays 150MM
